The Facts:
Tomlinson appeared on the Dan Patrick show after restructuring his contract with the Chargers and said he did start to think about where he might play next when things got dicey with the Chargers. The first team he mentioned was New Orleans, which he said was everyone's obvious choice.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Tomlinson told Patrick the Saints made a lot of sense. He also thought Baltimore would be great because his former coordinator Cam Cameron is there. Also, Denver would have been a good fit -- and would have offered him the chance to go up against San Diego twice each season. Had he been unable to reach a new agreement with the Chargers (
which he did on Tuesday), we suspect sticking it to his former club would have played a major role in his decision. Fortunately, the question is moot.
