Jacobs is optimistic something can get done with New York -- and the Giants surely realize his value to their offense. While Star-Ledger staffer Mike Garafolo expects the two sides to reach an agreement at some point, he saw with his own eyes during Super Bowl week Jacobs being lobbied by lots of players and fans of other teams who would love to see him wearing their teams' uniforms.
