According to ESPN.com insider John Clayton, several teams have inquired about Brunell (including the Packers), but the Saints, who were actively looking at Trent Green (signed by the Rams on Monday), seem to be among the most aggressive in looking at Brunell. Clayton added that Brunell has been training hard. He's lost about 10 pounds, and he's working hard on strengthening his legs.
