According to the web site of the Mecklenburg County, North Carolina Sheriff’s Office, Jarrett was arrested on Tuesday
for driving while impaired.

Widely expected to be a first-rounder out of USC, Jarrett was a second-round pick of the Panthers in 2007. As PFT editor Mike Florio noted, Jarrett's arrival made Keyshawn Johnson expendable.
