The Facts:
Alexander was at the Seahawks headquarters on Tuesday. He met with HC Mike Holmgren. Alexander has not been released. Not only that, he's still recovering from surgery to repair the cracked bone in his wrist. He's got to be healthy before he would be released, either that or negotiate an injury settlement.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Asked if Alexander was going to be released at a later date, Holmgren deferred to team president Tim Ruskell (which Tacoma News Tribune staffer Frank Hughes suggests to him says "guilty"). ... For what it's worth, Holmgren said he really likes the acquisitions of Julius Jones and T.J. Duckett, though he has to figure out exactly how he is going to use Duckett.
