The Facts:
Walker, released by the Broncos on Friday, agreed to a deal with the division-rival Raiders on Tuesday, a source told ESPN.com's Michael Smith. The terms of the deal call for Walker to receive a six-year, $55 million contract that includes more than $16 million in guarantees and pays him roughly $27 million over the first three years of the deal.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Walker, with 252 career receptions, immediately becomes the most prolific receiver on Oakland's roster. That said, the knee issues that have limited him to just 25 games over the last three seasons remain a concern. Broncos HC Mike Shanahan at one point last year suggested Walker will eventually need microfracture surgery; Walker's agent has said that's not the case. ... Still, Oakland needs an experienced receiver capable of getting down the field for new starting QB JaMarcus Russell; Walker is apparently it.
