The 6-4, 265-pound Hartsock was an unrestricted free agent who played with Tennessee last season. In 45 career games played, he has totaled 24 receptions for 247 yards (10.3 avg.). Last season with Tennessee, Hartsock set a career high with 12 receptions for 138 yards. ... According to the Nashville City Paper, the Titans had wanted to keep Hartsock, who was their primary on-the-line blocking tight end, but allowed him to explore unrestricted free agency leading to his arrival in Atlanta.
