The Facts:
According to ESPN.com's John Clayton, after Deuce Staley gained 1,388 yards in 2002 weighing 242 pounds, head coach Jim Haslett suggested that his star halfback lose two pounds a season to enhance his quickness. McAllister gained 1,641 yards last year weighing 240 and has consistently showed up this offseason weighing 238 and looking quicker than ever.

I'm not a professional trainer, but is there really a difference between 238 and 240 pounds? If it's true that McAllister is "quicker than ever" then he'll be a huge force to reckon with. Last year McAllister was the 4th best overall RB.
