The Facts:
The Cardinals ended their off-season workouts a week early after a group of players complained to the union that the team had violated league rules by working the players too hard. The NFL and NFLPA agreed the team violated rules on the intensity level and tempo of drills during voluntary workouts under new head coach Dennis Green.

Rob Zarzycki's View:
No one ever said turning around a losing franchise was going to be smooth sailing. I'm sure Coach Green means no harm to the players. Unfortunately, his methods are not in accordance with the player's union. Even more unfortunate is the fact that some of the players are complaining. Ironically, this may be a sign of good things to come in Arizona. I believe this is Coach Green's way of ironing the wrinkles out. The "wrinkles" being those players who don't want to give the extra effort it takes to turn one of the worst franchises into a winner.
