Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Federal authorities swooped on his Simpson's home in September and seized a package containing 2.5 pounds of marijuana being shipped to the residence. Inside the home investigators found about six more pounds of marijuana, scales and smoking devices. ... Simpson, who was drafted in the second round in 2008, worked his way into the starting lineup this season after struggling for most of his first three seasons in the league. He played all 16 games, with 14 starts, and was second on the team in yards (725) and third in receptions (50) during the regular season. Still, the Bengals have made it clear his on-field inconsistency was an issue. Given that stance -- not to mention his off-field issues, it's not hard to envision the Bengals moving on without him this season.
