Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Officially ending a 20-year professional career, Stover will go down as one of the most-prolific kickers in NFL history. Stover kicked for the Ravens for the first 13 years of the franchise’s existence, coming over with the club from Cleveland in 1996. The Ravens opted not to bring Stover back for the 2009 season, and he later signed with the Indianapolis Colts. ... As Stover hangs up his cleats, he ranks in the top 10 of every major kicking statistical category. Stover is fourth in NFL history with 2,004 career points and 471 made field goals. His 83.7 percent field goal completion percentage is seventh all-time (471-of-563). And he is tops in Ravens annals with 1,464 career points, connecting on 354 of 418 field goals and 402 of 403 extra points.
