Belichick Not Planning On Any Off-Season Work
(5/17 9:5 PT)

The Facts:
At this point with the lockout dragging on at least through this month, Patriots HC Bill Belichick figures that there won't be an offseason. Belichick told the Boston Herald he's already thinking ahead to training camp and assuming there won't be mini-camps and organized team activities.  Reported by The National Football Post

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
He's also dealing with the reality that he may have to adjust his training camp practices to install plays and conduct walkthroughs normally done during the offseason. “We talked about some kind of mini-camp or (organized team activities)," Belichick explained. "But now, we just turn our attention to training camp and get our teaching and organization straight there. ...” Belichick also thinks camp plans will have to be changed. “Whatever the time frame is, if it’s less than what we’re used to having, which I agree it seems like it’s going to be, (we’ll adjust),” Belichick said. ... Based on the latest developments in the labor struggle, sound like we're all going to be doing some adjusting.
