TMZ.com and Jay Glazer and Alex Marvez of FOXSports.com report that Britt has been arrested on multiple charges after a car chase with police. Charges against Britt including eluding police and obstruction. The passenger was charged with possession of marijuana. Reported by Profootballtalk.com

Per PFT, Britt eventually stopped, got out of the car with a passenger, and they tried to walk away as if Britt wasn’t driving. During questioning, the passenger tried to run away (it didn't work). ... Earlier this year, Britt was charged with theft-by-deception, a misdemeanor.
