It's safe to assume he'll miss much more. Whether it's season-ending or not (which seems likely), Romo is certainly out for an extended period. ESPN's Adam Schefter notes this is usually a 8-10 week injury. Jon Kitna will replace him as the Cowboys starter and Fantasy owners will need to hit the waiver wire hard as soon as possible -- whether it's Kitna or a more appealing replacement from another team.
