The Facts:
The Ravens have signed Graham to a one-year contract, the club confirmed on its official Web site Thursday. According to ESPN.com, the contract is worth up to $2.5 million including incentives.

Graham, who hit 23-of-28 field goals for Cincinnati last season, will compete with Billy Cundiff for the Ravens' PK job. The 33-year-old Graham spent the previous seven seasons with the Bengals, whom will have a PK competition of their own between Mike Nugent and Dave Rayner.
