Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
As previously noted, a report last week asserted that Thomas wanted Steven Jackson money, which is highly unlikely given that Thomas only touched the ball 13.3 times per game last season as opposed to Jackson's 25. That said, Thomas has been highly effective in his limited role. Among running backs with over 120 carries in 2009, only Jamaal Charles and Chris Johnson averaged more yards per rushing attempt. Thomas will also likely get more carries this season with Mike Bell gone.
