ESPN's Adam Schefter has confirmed a previous report that Lynch is in Buffalo. Schefter adds that Lynch is scheduled to report to OTAs on Thursday.

As PFT's Evan Silva suggests, with the Bills implementing a new offensive system that is expected to place heavy emphasis on the running game, Lynch is smart to show up for the "install" portion of the offseason. Silva also believes Lynch still has a chance to carve out a role as the power-back portion in three-man committee behind versatile starter Fred Jackson and rookie speedster C.J. Spiller. ... And of course, teams in the market for a running back might be more willing to part with something of value if they saw signs that Lynch is ready to do what it takes to succeed in Buffalo despite a less-than-desirable situation.
