Mark Sanchez Thinks He'll Be Ready For Mini-Camp
(6/4 12:17 PT)

The Facts:
Sanchez may have stopped short of guaranteeing that he’ll be able to participate in 11-on-11 team drills in the Jets’ upcoming mini-camp, but here’s the truth: The franchise QB will be ready to go for the three-day session starting June 14. “If things keep going the way they are and they progress the way they are now,” Sanchez said, “I’m confident I’ll be ready to go (for mini-camp).” Reported by the New York Daily News

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
According to Daily News staffer Manish Mehta, Sanchez took part in 7 on 7 drills again at Thursday's OTAs, showing no rust at all from his off-season knee surgery. He’s has a much greater grasp of the offense thanks to an offseason of studying. “He really knows this offense well,” HC Rex Ryan said. “He’s got such a great grasp of the system and that’s so encouraging to me. ...” And the knee is getting better. The biggest indication that Sanchez is progressing is the lack of any swelling after workouts.
