Johnson wants a new contract and in January told the Tennessean he’d like to be the highest paid offensive player in the NFL. Johnson has already skipped the team’s off-season workout program, which is voluntary although attendance is strongly encouraged. OTA practices are also voluntary. ... Johnson also skipped the team’s workout program last year to train on his own, but attended the OTA sessions. ... Scaife, who signed his $4.9 million tender in March, has also yet to report for the off-season program. ... Stay tuned. The Titans have another practice later this week and another wave of OTAs in May and June.
