According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Colts HC Jim Caldwell is thinking about playing some four WR sets with Reggie Wayne, Pierre Garcon, Austin Collie and Anthony Gonzalez.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Interesting but not terribly surprising assuming Gonzalez is healthy. The only real downside to such a formation could be the possible exclusion of TE Dallas Clark. It's hard to imagine the Colts using many formations that would minimize Clark's impact. But a more varied attack won't thrill opposing defensive coordinators.
