The Facts:
WKRC-TV in Cincinnati reports that the Bengals will not re-sign Graham, who will become an unrestricted free agent on March 5. Per the report, the Bengals worked out other kickers today, and they could soon be signing Dave Rayner.

Last year, the Bengals used their franchise tag to keep Graham, who was viewed as an elite kicker. He then went out and proved he wasn't in that elite class. Graham missed two easy field goals from inside 40 yards as the Bengals lost in the Divisional Playoffs to the Jets 24-14.
