The 34-year-old caught only 11 passes last season before tearing his PCL. And as PFT's Gregg Rosenthal notes, Finneran isn't guaranteed to make the Falcons roster, though. Already behind Roddy White, Michael Jenkins and Harry Douglas on the depth chart, Finneran will also have to contend with any other depth added at the position over the offseason.
