The Facts:
Jones is expected to plead guilty Tuesday to DWI and enter the Harris County District Attorney's DIVERT program for a year, said his lawyer, Chip Lewis.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The program, which began Aug. 1, is a contract between the district attorney's office and qualifying defendants charged with their first driving while intoxicated offenses. The agreement allows a defendant to plead guilty to a judge, then have the case reset for a year. In that year, the defendant would go through alcohol education classes and have an ignition interlock device put on his or her car. ... It remains to be seen if the league, which hasn't taken interest in Jones as of yet, does now.
