According to Seattle Times staffer Danny O'Neil, HC Jim Mora confirms that Hasselbeck suffered a fractured rib in Sunday's loss to the 49ers.

Mora declines to estimate how many games -- if any -- Hasselbeck will miss. Asked how Seattle's game plan will change with Seneca Wallace at QB, Mora wouldn't bit. 'You're assuming Seneca will be our quarterback, I'm not willing to make [that assumption yet]. ..." Hasselbeck owners, however, should probably be setting up fallback plans if they haven't already.
