Warner aggravated a right-shoulder injury, so he told HC Ken Whisenhunt late in the third quarter that he could go to backup Matt Leinart at any time.

Whisenhunt made the move immediately. Warner wasn't pulled because Whisenhunt wanted to protect his completion percentage, 92.3, an NFL record for a single game. "I had no idea," Whisenhunt said. ... We'll continue to watch for more on this one, but Warner doesn't appear to be in imminent danger of missing more time.
