Jones-Drew, already playing with a bruised shin, would not divulge the extent of the injury or when it occurred on a day when he carried the ball 21 times for 97 yards and a touchdown, caught five passes for 26 yards and failed on a “Wildcat” formation PAT attempt. ... At this point there's no reason to believe the injury will be a major issue -- but it is indicative of the weekly beatings he can expect with 20-plus carries per game.
