Marshall had missed over a week of workouts with a leg injury. On Friday, a jury in Atlanta had found him not guilty of misdemeanor battery against his former girlfriend. According to Colorado Springs Gazette staffer Frank Schwab, Marshall worked with the first-team offense in his first session back with Jabar Gaffney moving back to second team. Eddie Royal and Brandon Stokley were the other two starting WRs.
