The Facts:
Manning is satisfied with what he's hearing from the Colts about the roles of retired assistants Tom Moore and Howard Mudd. Ten days after complaining about the uncertainty of Indianapolis' coaching staff, Manning said on Friday that he has a better understanding of the situation and will move on.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Though Manning still doesn't have all the answers, he realizes team president Bill Polian and coach Jim Caldwell don't either. According to the AP, the three-time league MVP and one-time Super Bowl winner met with Polian and Caldwell between media appearances. Apparently, that was enough to prompt Manning to say he has a better grasp of what's going on. Perhaps that and some rather sharp criticism from new NBCSports analyst and retired safety Rodney Harrison, who suggested this week that his former teammate Tom Brady would never go public with such concerns in the first place.
