Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Jefferson was sent back to the practice squad befor Week 2 last season and was later suspended four games for violating the league's performance enhancing drugs policy. He was released after the suspension was completed, and spent the remainder of 2008 in the Bills organization. Chandler, a 6-7, 265-pounder from Iowa who was San Diego's fourth-round pick (No. 129 overall) in 2007, had been with the Chargers ever since, but only appeared in one game. He spent the 2008 season on injured reserve, and was waived by San Diego the Friday before this April's NFL Draft.
