The Facts:
A day after it was reported that Packers veteran receiver Donald Driver is skipping the Packers' organized team activities because he wants the team to redo his contract, his agent said he has been involved in talks with the team. "We have had some talks about Donald's contract," agent Jordan Woy said in an email to the Press-Gazette today.

Driver, 34, has two years remaining on a deal that is scheduled to pay him base salaries of $3.9 million this season and $4 million next season. According to Press-Gazette staffer Rob Demovsky, Woy didn't say how serious those talks were or whether they were ongoing, and he indicated that Driver won't miss any mandatory workouts. "The OTA's he is missing are voluntary," Woy said. "The Packers know he is training hard in Texas."
