Kokinis, who was hired in January to help new HC Eric Mangini overhaul a 4-12 team, did reveal that running back Jamal Lewis underwent off-season ankle surgery. He also suggested that QB Derek Anderson, who missed the final month of last season with a left knee injury, had some kind of procedure.
