Ramsey is visiting the Titans today. The Titans are looking for another quarterback after last season's No. 3, Chris Simms, signed with the Broncos last week.

If signed, Ramsey could compete with Vince Young for the No. 2 job behind Kerry Collins, who signed a new two-year, $14 million deal with the Titans earlier this month. Ramsey only threw three passes last season while backing up Jay Cutler in Denver last season, but he had 24 starts, all with the Redskins from 2002-05. He made his NFL debut in a victory over the Titans in 2002.
