According to Howard Balzer of the Sports Xchange, the Rams have not invited Pace and Holt to participate in the team’s offseason strength and conditioning program, which opens on March 16.

Balzer also reports that Holt has heard from no one with the organization since former Giants defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo became the new head coach. Since Holt is due to receive a $1.25 million roster bonus on March 17, his release is likely coming soon.
