The Facts:
Houshmandzadeh is due to become a free agent in little more than three weeks. On Wednesday, Houshmandzadeh told Mike Missanelli of ESPN Radio 950 in Philadelphia that he would like to play for the Eagles. “If they’ll be interested in me, I’ll be interested in them,” Houshmandzadeh said.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The lobbying continued with Houshmandzadeh telling listeners: “I think [Donovan] McNabb is a fine quarterback. He’s one of the best quarterbacks in the league, probably, I can’t even think of another quarterback that has performed throughout his career the way he has and would be put in a situation like he was put in in Baltimore, but he bounced back very well. ..." Whether Houshmandzadeh gets a chance to test the market remains to be seen; the Bengals could use the franchise tag to keep him in place (although past reports suggest they won't). For what it's worth, Houshmandzadeh is also a hot topic in the Chicago media.
