The Facts:
Tomlinson received differing opinions on how to deal with the partially torn adductor muscle in his groin. Some doctors said to have surgery, others deemed it unnecessary. After careful consideration, evaluation and the gathering of additional opinions, Tomlinson has decided not to repair the damage surgically.

"Making the right decision about this groin injury was very important to me, so I have spent the last couple of days on the east coast meeting with doctors," Tomlinson said last Friday in a statement on his Web site. "After getting numerous opinions from well respected doctors, I will not be getting surgery. I plan on using the off season to rehab and strengthen what's left of my adductors so that I am ready to play football next season. ..." Next question?
