Another shooting?!? As previously noted, Burress is scheduled to appear at a civil trial Wednesday in Pennsylvania in a dispute with the dealer over what Burress should pay for damage to the 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche. Burress had borrowed the truck from the dealer, but attorney Benjamin Brafman says Burress loaned it to a relative before the August 2005 shooting. ... Oh. That shooting. Brafman says he was told Burress was with the team at a New Jersey hotel when the incident occurred. Burress was never charged in the case.
