Anderson replaced starter Brady Quinn late in the third quarter, although it’s not known if Quinn was pulled due to injury or poor performance.

Quinn, who entered the game with an injury to his right index finger, completed 8-of-18 passes for 94 yards and two interceptions. It didn't appear, however, that the finger was an issue when Quinn left the game (although it will be a convenient excuse allowing them to avoid controversy -- or at least dodge uncomfortable questions about next week).
