Although he didn't notice any issues during Friday's final practice of the week, Pennington awoke Saturday with an inflamed tendon in his foot that prompted him to immediately phone team trainers. Pennington said it was a "freak thing," although it was eventually remedied enough to allow him to play Sunday.
