The Facts:
McGahee left today's game against the Giants in the third quarter with an injured ankle. His ankle has been retaped, but early indications were he would not return.

McGahee had run for 18 yards on nine carries so you have to wonder how much more (or less) effective he would be upon return. Ray Rice and LeRon McClain will fill in as needed.
