Troy Williamson Impressive... But
(6/30 12:30 PT)

The Facts:
Williamson, whose inconsistent hands made him a bust in Minnesota, has impressed the coaching staff in Jacksonville. However, we hear there's a lingering suspicion that he's a "practice field hero," and that the team is waiting until actual game action to feel comfortable with its new deep threat.  Reported by Pro Football Weekly

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Williamson will need to gain the staff's confidence to garner playing time in a suddenly deeper Jags receiving corps. According to ESPN.com insider John Clayton, Reggie Williams, coming off his best season with 10 touchdown receptions, will start at flanker. Jerry Porter will work as the split end, but Williamson will also get some time there. Dennis Northcutt, who caught 44 passes for 601 yards last season, will work from the slot.
