The Facts:
Henry will go to trial again, after a jury deliberating his case failed to reach a verdict today. Henry was on trial for assault for allegedly punching a U.C. student in the face, in Clifton Heights last March. The jury of six women and two men tell Local 12 they had six jurors voting for acquittal, two voting for conviction and none could be swayed.

The judge then declared a mistrial and set a new pre-trial hearing for Henry for next Tuesday, July 8th. The Bengals released the wide receiver shortly after the original incident. Henry is also suspended from the NFL pending the outcome of the trial. The league will obviously be watching for the outcome.
