NFL.com scouting report suggests, you can't teach speed and the 5-10, 182-pound Jackson has plenty as proven by his 4.33 time in the 40. But he needs to refine his route running and eliminate his penchant for gathering before coming out of his breaks. Jackson didn't catch a lot of passes at Appalachian State, but that's because they are not a passing offense. Still, he demonstrated the ability to make big plays. He averaged 16.8-yards on 110 receptions.
