Following up on an ongoing story. ... Keith pleaded not guilty to criminal trespassing for allegedly refusing to leave a nightclub parking lot that was being cleared by police. Keith made his initial court hearing Wednesday and Marion County Judge Rebekah Pierson-Treacy set a pretrial date of May 14. The judge gave Keith permission to travel outside the state. He is out of jail on his own recognizance.
