The Facts:
The Titans' off-season program is not mandatory, but players generally let the team know their plans or whereabouts. At least two players under contract -- linebacker Keith Bulluck and White -- have not been in for a workout or in contact with the team.
Reported by the Nashville Tennessean
Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
White, who was in the news after
being cited for destruction of property, disobedience to a lawful order and interference and resisting in Denver two weeks ago, had
arthroscopic knee surgery in February to repair an injury that bothered him during the last half of the '07 season. He is expected to be at full strength for offseason mini-camps in May, however. Whether he shows up for the ongoing off-season sessions remains to be seen. One could argue that if anybody needed to take part in a conditioning program, White would be it.
