The Patriots and Moss agreed to a three-year, $27 million contract on Monday, reports NFL Network's Adam Schefter. The two sides are reviewing the contract, which is expected to be signed today.

According to Boston Globe staffer Mike Reiss, the deal includes a $12 million signing bonus. Moss touched on the deal on his website,
therealrandymoss.com. "I want to take time out to thank all of the fans for their support and for wishing me well in my return to New England," he wrote. "I'm ready to get back. We have some unfinished business to take care of. ..." In his first season with the Patriots in 2007, Moss set the NFL single-season record with 23 touchdown receptions, while catching 98 passes for 1,493 yards. The team lost to New York in last month's Super Bowl.
