The New York Giants have a need at TE, and they're hoping to move quickly to fill that need by taking a player away from a division rival. Bennett, a tight end who has played his entire four-year career with the Dallas Cowboys, is on his way to New York for a visit, and the Giants have identified him as their top target and hope to get him signed quickly, Mike Garafolo of the Star-Ledger reports.

As the No. 2 tight end behind Jason Witten, Bennett didn't have a major impact in the Cowboys' offense, catching 17 passes for 144 yards last season. But he's a talented 6-6 270-pounder who fills a major need for the Giants, who lost a pair of TEs (Travis Beckum and Jake Ballard) torn ACLs in the Super Bowl.
