Remember: The Cowboys put in a claim for Orton after the Denver Broncos cut him during the season, however, the Kansas City Chiefs were awarded his services because they were higher on the waiver wire list. Orton, 29, played four seasons in Chicago before joining Denver for the previous three campaigns.
