The Rams will interview Broncos DC Dennis Allen for their head coaching job on Thursday, according to Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Former Titans coach Jeff Fisher is expected to decide between the Rams and Dolphins this week. The Dolphins have started interviewing candidates again while they wait for Fisher, and it appears the Rams are doing the same. As PFT's Gregg Rosenthal suggests, perhaps it's a way to pressure Fisher to make a decision. Maybe it's a sign the Rams are worried that Fisher won't say yes to their offer. More likely it's just the Rams covering their bases. Cardinals DC Ray Horton is the only other known name that the Rams have met with about their top job.
