Finley tore his right lateral meniscus last October (and subsequently underwent further surgery to clean out an infection), and if teams were going through OTAs right now, it sounds like he'd be a full participant. Still just 24 years old -- he turned in March -- Finley will continue to bring another dimension to the Packers' already dangerous offense if he stays healthy.
