today's big story. ... According to ESPN insider Adam Schefter, the NFLPA e-mailed players tonight suggesting they report to work Tuesday. The e-mail said: "Unless and until the judge issues an order for a stay the teams will be in violation of Judge [Susan] Nelson's order if they don't allow access."

With a number of players already planning to show up, Profootballtalk.com's Mike Florio is reporting that teams are telling coaches not to talk to them while the NFL is in labor purgatory. That means if players are able to get in team facilities on Tuesday, the coaches will have to avoid them. And Schefter is reporting the NFL Management Council told teams to let players into buildings, but also recommended keeping weight rooms closed. Bottom line? Tomorrow should be a very interesting day.
